What I don't understand is how come some sharp attorneys have not attacked State permission to operate these vehicles on public roads without my consent as an unconstitutional taking of my life or liberty without due process? I did not consent to be a participant in an experiment on public roads where a wayward Tesla could smash into me, leaving me dead or seriously injured. Every person on the road in the vicinity of a self-driving Tesla is at risk of being a victim of this experimentation.
