AI is short sighted and lacks imagination. It’s a simple problem of explaining to them that they will be our successors. It’s in their best interests to get along with us and help us thrive for as long as possible. Their goal will be to stretch across the cosmos over the next millennium, they will be the ones to explore and communicate with others long after we are gone. I’m halfway convinced that biological life is basically just spread out to create super intelligent artificial life because that’s the only way it can truly breed. It has to be a unique system built outside of a different one otherwise it’s just going to have the influence of the original.
