Yikes..l’ve been using it as a Gen Z therapist and I don’t use any medications. It’s been helpful in getting me out of my rut. I’m walking 10k steps and I trained it to be like my personal assistant. I don’t have money for employees or therapy …rich people have help…i treat it like an EA, I have 10 employees with AI. I’m training it to be my right hand.
