AI is making our students dumber, they don't have to actually study. There is a decrease in critical thinking, comprehension, and memory retention.
For example, if a child got a cut the parent needs to understand the child is injured. If they ever knew any kind of basic care, they'd have to remember how to stop the bleeding. Depending on the depth of the cut and amount of blood they need to come up with a way to stop the bleeding until they can get help if they needed it.
