The difference is whether AI establishes itself as infrastructure or not. That's why Blockchain (except Bitcoin) and NFTs fizzled out because they were fundamentally useless as infrastructure.
I genuinely don't know about LLMs. It will entirely hinge on whether they become effective at doing multi tasks processes in changing environments.
