The best way that I've thought about using AI Programming is that it is just a junior dev who is the best at googling their problems. "It is usually perfectly fine, you just need to review all of the code it outputs," and there are times when parts of that sentence, or even the whole sentence, or even just a word or two in there, is NOT acceptable for whatever it is you're trying to use it for.
I think it can be useful for Peer Programming w/ you in the driver seat using the AI instead of a 2nd person, but ya still gotta remember that it is only a junior level programmer and YOU have to be the one primarily driving, not the AI.
