Hi! I'm somewhat disabled - I have fatigue and brainfog that has actively prevented me from being creative for the past three years. I can't concentrate for anywhere near long enough to create, and I get exhausted trying. As an illustrator and writer, my output has drastically shrunk. It's heartbreaking, and on paper, AI would be a great tool for me. I have no desire to ever use AI. It feels like being hungry, and someone handing you one of those highly detailed plastic models of the food from a Japanese restaurant. The creation of art provides so much fulfilment, and it's a reflection of lived experiences. Being creative and making something - if it's "good", "bad", whatever - is valuable to us as human beings. Those who advocate for AI aren't creating art, they're creating content.
