We'll here in Los Angeles, CA. That technology has already been implemented. This is no lie. The cops used facial recognition through the T.V. screen, yes. You heard right the T.V. screen. This tool was used during the broadcast of the playoff game, between the Dodgers vs. The Giant's. I believe the individual was sitting 5 rows behind home plate. Since they knew where this guy was sitting, they sent out a unit and arrested the young Man.
