Since AI is a work that required access to the whole of accumulated human knowledge no company should be able to claim ownership over it. No exclusive patents should be issued to discourage the monopolization of what was built off the entire population and any software built on this knowledge should be open source. These measures are intended to discourage the current arms race and future patent wars as google, microsoft and amazon battel for supremacy.
