As mamy commented, sometimes, when you do have access to a therapist, or you get a not good match, to say the least, and life gets truly overwhelmed, I do understand getting your feeling out to AI.
It show "sympathy", "empathy", and does not look up at you.
And...its there when you need it.
If you cannot afford a therapist, the first one available thru your health coverage makes you wait 1,5 YEAR for first visit, and if it it serious "only" 6-7months, and you do not qualify anymore to urgent care, 'cause "you had 6 sessions within a span of 1-2yrs, and cannot have more by law"....well....if you still want to fivht for yourself, you do not care you are giving away anything to AI...vause your life is at stake....
Anyhow, it is, indeed, a bad thing.
But well....not something I cannot comprehe d happening.
