Disabled artist here. I have a hobby of painting miniatures and I am currently querying a novella manuscript for publication.
I do not use AI as an accessibility tool in either creative pursuit.
In model painting, one of the more time consuming elements is planning your color scheme to create a cohesive army. I use digital paint tools and pictures of the model to preview a color pallet.
AI would not make this process any quicker or simpler.
I cannot use AI in my writing either. There are many stylistic choices that even a basic spellchecker and grammar AI will try to scrub off.
While AI can mock up rainbow space marines armor and written descriptions in the style of Tolkien, it doesn't help me express myself.
