I am a beginner pixel artist, but I just didn't really understand what the issue with AI art was till now. But yeah, I'm 100% with the artists on this one. AI is awesome, but like most tech, even when created with the best of intentions, AI can be abused by ill-intentioned people. And that's exactly what's happening here.
