Tesla is very sure you know that you need to be paying attention when autopilot is engaged, it makes you keep your hands on the wheel paying attention to the best of its ability. The only person at fault here is the driver. “Autopilot” isnt misleading, its automatically pilots the car, you are still the operator and need to be attentive to what the car is doing
