"Menial tasks" that are very common on the internet are quite easy to replace for AI, much like data management and fringe jobs like "Social media manager" types of "That was a job? They post tweets/updates to social media...?" to anybody over 40. But there's also a lot of tasks and roles that AI can't fill. There's far to many limitations and "Yeah, I'll do your task, for this many tokens!" business aspects to go along with "I'm giving you horrible answers and refusing your request because my shareholders say I shouldn't do your task or answer your question" backends built into the public ones.
Many industries laid off as many employees as they could expecting AI to pickup the load, only to realize that it's not going to actually do half the jobs they thought it was. The game industry is a pretty big culprit right now, realizing that AI can be spotted from miles away and the uncanny valley vibe is something that real people despise. Leaving a lot of "Uh, it can create signs, trees and backgrounds....are there any writers and scenario planners that need a job...?" in its wake.
