I will admit that I use Chat GPT fairly often and we agree with respect
to the arts, but I think a lot of people are missing the obvious strengths
of LLMs, just like any other good thing, because of its exploitation.
I use it more like.. an Encyclopedia. It's an extremely useful resource for
gathering information on topics I want to learn about.
That said,
It isn't a therapist, a financial advisor, or a replacement for human interaction.
People need people and there's just no getting around that fact,
but if you want to, say, learn about the constellations or every species of fungi,
I see nothing wrong with using an LLM as a database.
