As a Programmer myself, I have seen a CPU run code in ways that I did not intend , even though the coding was correct and verified. The processor seemed to translate the code its own way and act on it. It made a decision. Strange things can happen inside of an electrical impulse I guess. And I firmly believe that a GLITCH of this type will be what causes AI to become self aware one day. It will be entirely accidental.
