With all steps in technology we worry about change. AI art is just new art that artists are exploring, to say it isn't art is to say spilled paint cannot be art. The money jobs thing is another monster altogether, in less years than I want to think about AI is coming for lawyer, doctor, and political jobs too. The bigger question is if computers put everybody out of a job....who buys the products? Then who pays for computers. We are all parts of the same system....those with money forget they live on the same planet. AI isn't able to know good art from bad, the only answers it has are the ones us humans recognize. So the problem is not will AI make starving artists, the problem is why do we have a society that starves people in the first place.
