Drivers will be the biggest domino, but let's be real: most will fall by 2040, then all. We need to be pressuring legislators to initiate robot tax/increased services/UBI NOW. Deliberately stifling progress is not the answer, nor viable. And they absolutely will save many, many lives long term (as will autonomous cars). As as a former driver and former fleet manager also injured for life at 22 by a negligent taxi driver, I'm all for it
