All the people in this video are in the ai business. The guy talking about replacing doctors is he a medical doctor...I think not. They have tried to replace customer service with automation and than has failed miserably. During WW2 the British developed a wooden fighter bomber and crafts-folk in furniture factories, violin makers, and piano builders all over uk worked to build the "Wooden Wonder" The Mosquito.
