Legislation is needed to require any material or created subject to identify itself as AI with strict penalties for non compliance or use without identification. The legislation should also include a charge for being able to use the technology which would offset and prevent jobs being overtaken by the corporations using AI. Criminals using AI to commit scams or real estate steals need to be severely punished with high penalties.
