Same way you could argue that food is good versus bad. If you choose to eat junk versus nutrition. Personally, I find ChatGPT challenges me because I debate with it a lot and I often disagree with it. Its sharpens my brain not blunts it. It compliments my inner monologue. Its an extra voice to help me to detemine an outcome.
