22:10 It's a "win" generated by harassment and internet bullying as well. I think it's worth noting that if this were any other tool, we might not be so proud of how we handled it. I don't believe in exceptionalism. It's not a good win in my book. In fact, it's a loss to general human decency (on the audience's part) and an example of succumbing to peer pressure (on the creator's part). I also don't trust people not to use it as an excuse to abuse others, as has so often been the case with every pro-versus-anti clash in recent memory. It's also worth noting that "Angel Engine" as a series would never have gotten off the ground far enough to even hire an artist without AI. It simply wouldn't exist. So as much as people might hate it, AI has in fact helped people create when they other wise would not have. Either due to lack of confidence or lack of skill. That is win for AI. It got someone into the act creation.
