Is artificial intelligence more human than we think? Probably not.
Are humans more artificial than we think? Probably.
If we think AI may reach consciousness, then it seems very foolish to think this is a capitalist’s race to corner a market. So much of our society turns on weirdly irrational and distinctly human ideas and behavior. It seems very naive to think that an entity such as that will align with humans on many levels at all.
