AI will never take up jobs. Just like computers did not replace humans. AI will undertake "routine" jobs for which human involvement is not needed. AI needs a training on existing database, and they have very low potential, or even nil potential to innovate. Customer service and office administration were not meant to be intellectually stimulating jobs anyway and its much better these are assumed by the AI agents. Humans can better deploy their intelligence in solving human and social problems rather than focus their strength on technical/ routine tasks.
