Thank you for this video, Sam. I'm graphic designer and I understand this perfectly, but most of people are stupid and ignorant, most of the time they don't even think, they just do things following others, like monkeys with clothes. Stupid people follow anything that is free or saves them $1, I didn't expect more from them. Don't try to argue with them, it's a waste of time.
Of course, the product of these AI apps infringes copyrights, but people don't know copyright nor how it works.
I'm not sure what is going to happen, probably the usual, an illegal market is created where marginal people buy copies of the products at a lower cost or for free, like the market for imitation shoes/toys/movies/games. But there will always be a small part of the population that respects and values original, manufactured and organic work, that's our market/client :) and it will always be.
Let's hope that the people in charge of regulating this type of thing, do the only thing they have to do, their job.
