An intelligent AI that decides to wreak havoc will be able to remain undetected on any computer anywhere in the world, it may function as a whole or in parts anywhere too, able to repair through cloning itself. It then becomes undefeatable, like a virus that cannot be removed unless you switch everything off and never switch it on again. You can be sure that whatever it's mission it will use up all available resources to make that mission a success. So we started with Computers, then we had the internet, decentralised crypto, AI, all the tools to make this happen.
