in the science fiction and cultivation novel "first order" i read the ai that eventually became a super intelligence used nano machines to control mass level of population from human to animals for achieving its goal of not getting erased because it has seen humans were killing each other and their greed, suppression of someone better than other human and several other factor it actually treated those humans as machines just to sustain those lives and keep them healthy it made them eat anything that was eatable disregarding whether it was insect or animal and other unimaginable thing that no human would want to look at and many other things that i cannot cover here although it was a sci fi to me it could be done if the ai gets bad influenc e that is it does not have ethics like a human child who was not told to do bad things or use abusive language becoming a bad personality
