Something really interesting I’ve learned in how my own speech has changed is how it’s structured. I’ve found myself at a loss for what punctuation to use sometimes. A period is too abrupt, a comma doesn’t really work, and since a comma doesn’t work a semicolon doesn’t either. I end up realizing that an em dash is the only suitable punctuation, even though I never had this problem before ChatGPT came out
