The thing is the "classic literature" are public domain. You don't have to pirate Moby dick as far as I know since it has been in public domain for a while now. But no they "HAD TO" steal the latest literature to "perfect" their machines. If A.I. is so capable it should be able to write similar stuff to the literature written in the last 80 years without needing to be trained on the literature of the last 80 years since it has already 200-300 years of literature fed into it. This is just theft.
