Im german law (Art 5 I GG) there are three theories for definitions of art:
1. art is a product of certain craftsmanships (sculpture, paintings etc)
2. art is a product where the artists expresses his own feelings and memories
3. art is something that can be and should be interpreted by others
AI is not art by any of these theories.
