There are enough movies out there telling us what will happen if we overuse technology.
At some point I think you should start to live like an Amish from a New order group. They use technology but don’t overuse it. I often think Amish, Mennonites and Hutterites will be in case of a blackout one of the few people who know how to live without technology.
I grew up half of my childhood without internet and the things that are coming up worry me. If I ever loose my job through AI I probably will go to the Amish. They have safe jobs and are able to survive since decades.
