We need to ask what was ever the purpose of art. It was never initially for people to make money. In fact only in the recent times did art become a regular source of income. In the past it was most often a way for the artist to depict his philosophy and/or the philosophy and thinking of the society at that time. Or it was just recapturing the way a person feels or sees the world around them. How on earth does AI help in any of that? I could think possibly to produce a very bland way of possibly although unlikely making money. I just don't get what possible good having an AI make pictures or poetry or even music would be. Why are people so reliant on AI.
