There is free therapy, and alternatives to therapy that are better than AI. Many governments offer free therapy for those in need (yes, even in the U.S.). There are free crisis lines to call almost everywhere, free online support groups on places like Reddit and more. There tons of videos and resources online for journaling as a form of therapy, as well as self help books with journaling exercises to work through your trauma. There are options, most of them are a Google search away.
