I have the similar opinion about AI, its just a tool to speed things up. But professionals who would use it with their workflow could acheive 10x more than a layman. So yes, business would need to hire those brains who would do a better job than majority of the people, just like everyone one can buy and use a home computer, but only people learning and using specific softwares related to their fields can do what others can't do efficiently.
Just imagine if AI can create mobile apps by its own, and can upload those apps to the appstore. Would they be interested in using a product that has no human running it or people would rather take interest in a thing which is crafted by human being? Picaso's would still be valuable because it was thought and laidout by picaso. AI can paint better than any artist but there's no connection, no story backing it. People aren't surprised when you calculate 2+4+6+98+28+58+74+29+49 because thats the job of a calculator, people are surprised when a human being can do such a calculation without using any tool.
