I can't stress this enough: AI art feels like an insult to real artists because LITERALLY ANYONE can just type a word or two and then have a "pretty" looking picture nowadays, but it takes so much more than a screen and functional fingers to actually draw something with real meaning behind it. And even if you have a specific image in mind, there is NO WAY the AI will ever be able to perfectly capture that. Not to mention literal hours' worth of effort will always look better than what an AI spits out. Humans understand what things are supposed to look like, while AI only knows how to copy art it's already seen and then mash it up into its own creation, which will pretty much always have some wonky features here and there.
