Governments only regulate after corporations fail to regulate themselves and the trigger to do so is some sort of huge disaster. We should start taking bets on what that disaster will be. Perhaps look to highly digitalised areas such as financial markets. You can guarantee that AI is already being put to use to play the markets, watch that grow are take control.
