9:54 this is a good point. Just think to reroofing or otherwise repair or extend a Victorian house in the UK. There are ca 8 milllions of them and no one is identical to the other, let alone the inside arrangement or the labyrinth-like back-garden access of many terraced. Accomplishing any usefull work in such an environment, if not just accessing it, requires an experience and flexibility that no dataset exist to train the AI on. The physical world is so complex and so poorly sampled.
