We are afraid of entry level? Most of the white collar jobs are the simplest thing one could do. After graduating at the university, the toughest tasks have already been solved and passed. The white collar job is mainly difficult to change mind of people trying to suggest some process changes that are incredibly simple . Your main difficulty are the older people working with you and managers unqualified. Ai of course will replace them, even a good excel file can now replace a good percentage of this people. Ai will replace stupidity and guess what? Most of the 40yo guys working with you is stupid
