Great interview! Interesting though that you two seemed somehow surprised at the extremes of gig working amd being tethered to one's device. It's not just happening in Venezuela...i'm an advanced degree holder, U.S. citizen, and I have to bid on competitive boards to "snag" jobs daily. This has been the case for at least 8 years now. It is just the next logical step in the evolution of profit maximization. Unrestrained, capitalism always leads to a race to the bottom. Always.
