it'd be a game changer like 3 years ago. With the Ukraine of today, unless the bulk of that 106B is spent on mercenaries, Ukraine is still gonna be more or less back up against the wall.
Defensively they'll be in a *much* better place, but offensively they'll still be restricted by how much the US/EU want.
It'll be enough to last them before their funny AI battleroids come online and just win the war for them. Which is apparently sooner then later.
