Very often the human customer service people have no expertise in the area that they are providing support for. They are simply blindly reading from a script. It's no surprise that an AI chat bot is more efficient.
Example script:
1. Ask "Insert some question here".
2. If "no" (to question 1) then "insert some suggestion here".
3. If "yes" (to question 1) then "insert some question here".
4. etc.
