At this point, Europeans might be more keen to feed African dictators rather than Eastern European dictators.
At least they have the decency to keep their conflicts within Africa and out of Europe, wouldn't cause a food shortage, aren't armed with nukes and threatening to use them, and are generally much more limited to both their ability and desire to impact Europe.
