Some one obviously never took an economics class - else he would have learned about a little phenomenon called "the law of diminishing returns." The CEO with a robot that can produce 4-5 times what a human can would have no incentive to keep the human because robot is just that much cheaper and more productive: in fact, keeping the humans with the bots will have the end result of *reducing* production since the humans can't keep pace with the bots.
