@markupton1417I’m actually a big fan of AI, I use it everyday for work, and have followed the updates and applications pretty closely for years, including the math and theory behind it. I think it will be useful for individuals as an application like photoshop or vscode, but in terms of replacing people’s jobs en masse and spurring some sort of serious societal transformation, that’s clearly the fantasy. Despite all the hype and investment AI has not been proven good enough to really replace anything or anyone yet, it’s not even a particularly smart chat bot, much less a talented artist
