Its not biased, just looking the data and that data does not change until certain cultures change their views on gangbanging and criminal activity. Stop supporting N culture, as its giving bad rep to honest blacks, that then gets reflected in AI learning, specially when the two are not allowed to be differentiate no more. Rebuilding the family unit top of that would most likely remove whole issue.
