It's a bit more than that, as these same types of test were/are used in "character profiles" for hiring (actually had a manager stand behind me and give me answers after I failed the thing for the 5th time. ALL of my references stated I was a great employee. Who ya gonna believe?).
It is akin to social credit scores and the like of essentially magic smoke to remove accountability from decision making (and quite possibly subtly gaming an algorithm for a result not mentioned in the stated intent).
And while claiming the mantle of "science", like much forensic tools, it hasn't been tested for falsifiability or even degree of improvement over existing methods.
It's a modern day snake-oil salesmen now using computer science as their pitch.
Run the test on the management of said companies. Let's see how accurate they really are.
