He's pointing out the obvious, which is that nothing in the data suggests that AI is taking everyone's jobs. I get you've watched a bunch of fear mongering videos that have convinced you this tech is capable of things it actually isn't, but in reality there is zero evidence that LLMs are capable of replacing human workers, let alone actually doing so.
