@dombo813 I think you're conflating art and being able to make a living in a capitalist economy by doing art. Two incredibly different things.
AI hasn't made the former more accessible and won't make the later more accessible either since the limiter to how many people can make a living off art isn't limited by how many are able to produce good looking art, but by how many are willing to pay for those services. If everyone can use AI for it less people will be willing to pay for it and thus less people can make a living off it.
To say "art has never been accessible" is just plain incorrect. You could go outside and draw something in the dirt with a stick for free right now and during any other time in human history if you wanted to.
