Art has never been accessible though. Until very recently, the raw materials were impossibly expensive for most people, and even now art still requires a time investment most people cant make. There's a reason you almost never see a working class artist who didnt start until their 30s. The good artists are always either rich or learned in their tens or early twenties when they still had time.
Of course, AI is not a good solution to that problem, it doesnt satisfy the creative spirit and it doesnt democratise access to media any more than plain old copyright infringement does, but "AI is bad" and "art is not accessible" are not mutually exclusive.
