@datengineer2174 the other comment said it well. With your whole taking pictures and using that, it doesn't work. You'd have to have a complete blank slate ai, and you d need a LOT of photos and a shit ton of time. That's not profitable for the companies, so they don't do it and just steal art.
With the inspiration thing. Inspiration or mimicking a style is completely okay. You're still making it yourself, your hard work, unique touch on the idea. It's why tracing is bad, youre not putting in real effort. The ai doesn't do the first, it's doing the second, tracing, by generating and stealing the art. It couldn't exist without the art it's taken
